Friendly Foyil Baptist Church

Welcome to the Foyil Baptist Church Website! You will find a lot of information about who we are, what we are doing and what we believe, but the most important thing in life is knowing Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Our greatest need is to be forgiven and God provides that forgiveness only through His Son.

The bible tells us we have all sinned and that sin causes us to fall short in the eyes of God. The scripture paints a pretty bleak picture of our condition. We are dead in our sins and alienated from our Creator. There are no good deeds we can do to fix that problem.

That’s where the Good News comes in!!!! God did for us what we could not do for ourselves. He died in our place, taking our guilt and shame upon Himself! Never has such love been on display than when Jesus died for our sins, never has such power been on display when He rose again 3 days later, victorious over death.

We are a redeemed people who God has gloriously saved! We didn’t earn it, we don’t deserve it, that’s why it’s so amazing!!! Are you trusting Jesus to be your Savior? Are you a follower of His teaching and His ways? If not you can be! May God grant you the faith to believe and commit your life to Him.
